Mr. Kolar is a licensed title agent and offers the service and legal representation in preparing your real estate contract and performing the closing to protect your interests. These services are provided at the same rates which title insurance companies charge, however, we represent the client - either the purchaser or seller at the sale. Title companies do not represent you and are only concerned with closing the sale for the mortgage holder.

Do you have a person who owes you money or a mortgage that is not being paid? We represent creditors foreclosing on mortgages as well as consumers with mortgage disputes.

If you are purchasing a home, again, please consider us as we can draft a contract which will protect your interests, and close the transaction for the same costs as a title agent. Remember that realtors usually represent the seller, not the buyer, the realtors' contracts are usually seller friendly.

We have an extensive background in residential and commercial evictions and have represented many landlords, tenants, restaurants, stores, shopping center owners, and convenience store owners in all areas of lease disputes. We also deal with condominium and homeowner association issues. Mr. Kolar is the former President of the Board of Directors of a Condominium and has personal experience with resolution of disputes from both sides.

Clients forming corporations or buying or selling businesses are also represented. Mr. Kolar also represents debtors and creditors in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy proceedings in Federal Courts as well as with various contract disputes. Mr. Kolar also represents businesses collecting debts.
